Day Retreat: Terms and Conditions.

Introduction

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment or deposit (if applicable) is required to secure your place.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations by You

  • Tickets and pre-payments are transferable up to 72-hrs prior to the event.

  • Tickets and pre-payments are transferable to another person, however, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to find a replacement.

  • Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s details.

Cancellations or Changes by Us

  • In extremely rare circumstances, if we cancel the event, your payment will be transferred to another retreat of your choice.

  • If the event is postponed, your booking will automatically transfer to the new date.

Weather Policy

  • In the case of adverse weather affecting the experience:

    • The event may be rescheduled, or

    • Your payment will be transferred to another date

  • Where catering has already been arranged, a small admin/catering fee may be retained

Health & Responsibility

  • By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

  • You agree to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to the event.

  • Participation is at your own risk.

Liability Waiver

  • We are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.

  • All activities are undertaken voluntarily.

Code of Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

Late arrival / no-show

Late arrivals or non-attendance will be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.

Minimum numbers

Retreats require a minimum number of participants. If this is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.

Photography / media

Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you prefer not to be included.

Food & allergies

You are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements or allergies in advance. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Force majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions, natural events).

Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are made between you ("you") and Karmavida.es ("we," "us," or "our"), managed by Tessa Smith, website www.karmavida.es

The online version of terms and conditions overrides any printed format.

By signing any related agreements, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including any updates, changes, or additional provisions as outlined. We reserve the right to modify these Terms, and your continued use of the Site will constitute acceptance of such modifications.
