Karmavida – Retreats & Events in the Heart of Spain Karmavida is a full-service retreat and event management company, dedicated to creating seamless and unforgettable wellness, yoga, and transformational experiences. Alongside professional planning, hosting, and on-the-ground coordination, we offer exclusive access to our purpose-built retreat spaces — panoramic yoga decks, light-filled fitness studios, tranquil therapy rooms, and inspiring outdoor areas designed for connection and restoration. Our home base is a stunning mountain villa in the Costa Blanca, fully registered for tourist accommodation under Tourist Licence VT-485677-A (operated in partnership with Aguila Javea Rentals). Founder Tessa, a qualified events manager with full events and public liability insurance, ensures every retreat is delivered with precision, safety, and a touch of creative magic.

TEAMS & FAMILIES: Sleeps 20 (22 with staff), but we advise this only for close friends/ families, or cycling teams. 3 beds are double bed only.
RETREATS: We advise 10-14 guests max, as some of the rooms are too small to share with strangers, with family/friends it is acceptable. The staff can have a private studio, which is additional to the 10 bedrooms, with bathroom and kitchen, or use one of the two smaller rooms A2, A5.

We have 7 bedrooms with twin beds (2 individual beds). The same rooms can also be made as 1 double bed (1 person or couple). We advise using only 5 rooms for twin share (unless you have family or friends sharing) as some of the rooms are small to share as strangers. This would take the total capacity to 14 guests for retreats, plus the staff.

You receive a marketing pack, with 50 stunning professional photographs, with an optional to up-grade to 100 photos for a small fee of 30 euros. You also receive a stunning pdf to share with potential clients (*no prices, picture lead brochure) - completely free of charge. Creative solutions for your social media platforms (Reels, drone footage and videos) can be purchased for a small fee of 30 euros per reel/video and white-labelled. If you need something unique and specific, you can commission one of our photography/social media professionals.

Use our stunning infinity deck, garden yoga shala, shaded courtyard or the top terrace for ceremonies, fitness or yoga classes.
Deck Capacity 18-20 students Garden Room / Shala Half open space with views, wood burner, use of track-guided roll-down blinds with PVC windows, for winter days or for shade. Water-proof space.
Uses - Summer room, with 2 huge bean bags and chairs.
Uses - Yoga Shala - Yoga capacity 8, Meditation Capacity 10-14

Catering is not included in the Basic Packages, but we do offer a choice of catering teams. Costs vary. You can have 2 or 3 meals per day with snacks and refreshments. You will have to talk to the chef and communicate your needs, budget and choice of meal plan. There is also a fee per day cash, for extra staff for help with service, dish-washer etc - or, you can arrange a volunteer(s) for 4 hours per day.

Choose Yoga mats or fitness mats (included in the venue price). All mats must be cleaned before return.

Fitness mats are included in the venue price, but equipment, such as battle ropes, TRX, kettle bells etc. or any further sports equipment hire must be arranged and paid extra for. Price is usually 10-15pp. There are many gyms and fitness studios in the area, if you require a full gym vibe.

Yes. It is 10-minutes by car to Calpe Arenal Beach. There are 3 beaches in Calpe, Arenal, Fossa and Raco. Or, La Olla beach is 15-mins by car. There are many more beaches to explore, these are the closest. - see ´Costa Blanca´ You can walk to the beach and take a taxi back (it is 7km)

ALICANTE (90km, Approx 53 mins from venue ).
Guests can travel to VALENCIA AIRPORT (VLC) or ALICANTE AIRPORT (ALC). Alicante is approx 58 mins drive (90km), Valencia approx 1hr 25 mins. (132km). Both have good public transport, car hire and taxi services. Flights to Alicante Airport are preferable, as transportation is easier to arrange and is a shorter duration.
